As an admin, you can manage Automations for all event types, including Managed Events. You can also control which members can create, edit, and delete Automations in your organization

Automations for Managed Events

Owners and admins on the Teams and Enterprise plans can create, update, and lock Managed Automations for Managed Events that are assigned to users in the organization. To learn more, check out this article.

Automations for personal event types

Follow these steps to manage Automations for a user:

  1. Go to Automations.
  2. Open the My Calendly dropdown menu.
  3. Select the user you want to manage.
  4. Create or edit their Automations.

  2. Open the My Calendly dropdown and choose the event type owner.
  3. Create or edit the Automations for the shared event type.

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Automations.
  2. Open the My Calendly dropdown menu and choose the team.
  3. Create or edit the Automations for that team.
