How to add Notetaker to your meetings

Add Notetaker to record your Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams meetings, whether or not the meeting was scheduled with Calendly. You can turn it on for individual meetings or manage your default settings at any time.

Requirements to add Notetaker to meetings

Add Notetaker to a specific meeting

  1. Go to your Calendar page.
  2. Find an Upcoming or In progress meeting.
  3. On the right side of the meeting, toggle Notetaker On

The meeting will now include Notetaker.

Manage default Notetaker settings

You can update which meetings Notetaker joins by default:

  1. Go to Settings → Notetaker.
  2. Update your recording preferences.
  3. Select Save changes.

Currently, Notetaker is only available in English.

You can create unlimited recaps each month on Standard Plus and Teams Plus plans.

If Notetaker is no longer available even though you expected access, your organization owner or admin may have disabled it for the organization. Contact them for more information.

When Notetaker first requests permission to record, select the Apply these permissions to all future requests in this meeting option. This approves that Notetaker and prevents additional pop-ups in the same meeting.

This setting lets you approve multiple Notetakers in a single session without repeated approval prompts, while maintaining control over each new meeting's permissions.
